INVITATION FOR BIDS

Supply of Foodstuffs, Firewood, Blankets, Fertilizer and Stitching of Staff Uniforms

TENDER NUMBER 034/2/IPC/1/06

The Internal Procurement Committee of the Malawi Prison Service would like to invite interested bidders for the supply of the following goods:

 

Lot 1: Foodstuffs

Lot 2: Firewood

Lot 3: Blankets

Lot 4: Fertilizer (Mzuzu, Lilongwe, Zomba and Blantyre)

Lot 5: Stitching of Staff Uniform

 

Bidding documents can be collected from Zomba, Lilongwe, Mzuzu, Prison Training School and Blantyre at a nonrefundable fee of MK1,000 per bid.

 

Completed documents should be deposited in the tender box at Prison Headquarters or posted to the following address, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender number and Description:
